and the other is called abc@advancednet.net
- The
abc account is set up as the default email (You would look in the Tools-->accounts,

- You
want email for xyz to point to a separate inbox so that when you check mail
for both accounts they will not both go to the default Inbox.

- Now
when you or somebody else sends email to xyz@advancednet.net all the email
will be redirected into the xyz (Inbox) instead of in the inbox for abc@AdvancedNet.net
which is just called Inbox.
- You
should now see a folder called xyz (Inbox) underneath the Outlook Express.
- You
would repeat this process more or less the same way to set up more filters
anyway you want.

Eudora
Lite for filtering email
- You
begin getting junk mail from: abc@abc.com and you would like Eudora to send
any messages from this address to the trash.
- First,
select Filters from the Tools menu. When the Filters window appears, select
New and an Untitled Filter will appear in the window to the left.
- Under
the Match: section select Incoming. The Header section controls what Eudora
will look at to determine if a message is filtered. These options are accessed
from the folding menu to the left. The options listed in ?????? indicate
that multiple sections will be scanned for the filtering information. In
the case of our example, we will choose From:.
- The
contains folding menu allows you to choose qualifiers for the filter. For
this example select contains.
- The
ignore menu allows you to narrow your search with a second set of qualifiers.
For this example, we will not need the optional second qualifier section
and we can choose ignore.
- You
will notice several of the options in the menu are grayed out. These options
are available only in Eudora Pro. If you require these advance features,
contact Qualcomm for information on purchasing Eudora Pro.
- Once
you have determined what to search for, you must tell Eudora what to do
with the message.
- From
the Actions: section choose Transfer To A button appears and letting you
choose a mailbox to transfer these messages to.
- From
the Transfer menu choose Trash.
- When
you have finished working on the filters close the window and save your
changes when prompted.
